If you write it exactly how it is written in the quotations you should receive a text back immediately from the number stating a $.99 fee for the vote. By replying "Y" a final message will be sent back that 'Thanks You' for your vote. The voting will continue till December 4 at midnight and there is no limit to the number of times you can vote.
